We visit our vineyards periodically throughout the year and monitor all phases of production. When wines are ready for shipping we supervise all aspects, maintaining proper temperature control throughout the process and in our East and West coast warehouses, assuring optimum conditions at all times. Every container of our specialty food products is independently laboratory-tested enabling us to guarantee the authenticity and purity of our products.
